Calypso pays homage to the classic espresso experience and its decades of tradition. Deep and complex flavors are immersed in a rich, syrupy body. Notes of dark chocolate and cherry dominate, with baking spices emerging as the cup cools. Designed with espresso in mind, it also yields an exceptionally well-balanced drip coffee. The current blend is 50% Costa Rica and 50% Peru.
