We allocated a portion of our '16/17 Colombia Aguacate lot for decaffeination and the results are stunning! We're tasting loads of red fruits and molasses sweetness in the cup. This coffee has been decaffeinated using the naturally occurring ethyl acetate chemical, which is a byproduct of fermenting sugar cane and is commonly found in other fruits.
Look for notes of cherry, milk chocolate, honey and pear.
Coffee is roasted Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and will be shipped within 24 hours of roasting.
